Payment terms
The total amount of accommodation is paid in advance.
The minimum length of stay is 2 nights.
NOTE:
If you are unable to arrive on the specified date and you notify us within 5 working days of the booked arrival, your payment will not be forfeited. Together we will find another suitable date under the same payment conditions
Arrival
Our accommodation is exclusively self-service. When you arrive at our accommodation Pětidomí 88 – Rožmberská (first house from the bottom with a yellow facade), you will find two brown boxes in the area of the main entrance door. Open the lower one and you will find the key boxes. According to your room number, you will collect your suite key after entering the code.
We will give you the code on the day of arrival after arranging it by phone or WhatsApp.
Please always lock the main entrance door whether you go in or out. Thank you.
Smoking
Our entire accommodation and all its areas are strictly NON-SMOKING. Smoking, vaping,
e-cigarettes, prohibited in all areas of the building.
Parking
Parking is possible directly in front of the house according to current occupancy or in the nearby area within a 3 min. walk from the house. Secured parking in front of the house is not part of the accommodation price.
Additional information and house rules (studios / apartments)
Maximum 2 guests.
We love pets, but we only accept assistance dogs for disabled people.
Parties or events are prohibited due to other guests.
Commercial photography and video recording is not allowed.
Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers installed in each studio.
Before departure/departure
Please
– turn off appliances including the refrigerator (unplug them from the sockets on the kitchen counter)
– turn off the lights including the hood and close all windows
– lock the studio (apartment) and the house
– return the keys to the keybox and change the code so that it is unidentifiable to unwanted persons
Camera system
Our accommodation has a camera system only in common areas. Security cameras also monitor movement around the house.
You can find all this information in your accommodation.
Our service is set up as self-service accommodation without our assistance at check in/check out, however, we can be on site upon your arrival/departure and will be happy to assist you.
